Synopsis

LA Font's "Fine Lines" turns the hazards of indie-rock life into a playful, surreal action-comedy. The band faces a barrage of bizarre obstacles, including guitar weaponry, knife-throwing, a watermelon, floating musical equipment, a rocket-powered dog and an unexpected Sasquatch encounter. The escalating chaos eventually leads to an untimely demise, giving the clip a cartoonish, anything-can-happen quality. Rather than following a conventional narrative, the video assembles eccentric visual gags and handmade-looking effects into a lively fantasy about the perils of being in a band.
