Synopsis

A seemingly ordinary neighbor watches his surroundings with the tense focus of a classic psychological thriller. His fascination with teddy bears, stuffed animals, and cats gradually reveals a much darker obsession. As the story develops, his interest in the woman next door turns into a kidnapping, while the playful "meow" refrain contrasts with the increasingly disturbing imagery. Jeff Turner plays the unnervingly cheerful central figure, and the video builds toward a bizarre final twist that makes the song's affectionate lyrics sound anything but innocent.
