Synopsis

A bound woman lies abandoned on a frozen road, and the video gradually reconstructs the disturbing events that brought her there. Told through fractured, backward-moving flashbacks, it follows a damaged couple whose relationship has become a cycle of possession, violence, and dependence. As the story unfolds, the apparent roles of captor and captive blur, leading to a final reversal in which the abductor and abductee exchange positions. The stark landscape and measured pacing give the song's metaphor of love as abduction a grimly literal form.
