Song used on new Third Watch promo

Apparantly David Allen Baker changed some of the lyrics in his song "Los Angeles" from the album "Ten for the Road" to create the heroes song.

Does anyone know the name of the song played throughout this episode. This episode features Henry Winker. The song played is fantastic but do not know the name of it.
