I just discovered that the song is sung by a one man group named "Five For Fighting" and is called "100 Years". You can here and see the different commercials that Chase Credit Cards made around it on the Chase site...reminds me of a song from the 60's or 70's that sounded like the same singer's voice and similar sounding melody which I think was called "Pretty Ballerina?"
