Although I haven't heard her CD yet I'm guessing it might be Jennifer Ware. If you go to her distributor: http://www.theorchard.com/ and search for Jennifer Ware you get her page with this info about her 'I've got the World on A String' CD:
'Jazz standards from Gershwin/Porter Berlin with great guitar arrangements and solos by Joe Puma.'
Just a guess though.
