Synopsis

The video turns Mattic's track into an audiovisual introduction to the Crimes of Minds project, linking his collaboration with Artists of the Beautiful to the project's street-art environment. Rather than following a conventional narrative, it presents a graphic, urban world where hip-hop and public art meet. The clip works as a compact portrait of a collective creative undertaking in Brest, using Mattic's music as the driving force for imagery connected to graffiti, murals and the artists involved.

• "Crimes of the Mind" was produced by DR and features the British art duo Artists of the Beautiful.

• The song and video were created specifically for the Crimes of Minds project, an urban-art initiative centered on Brest, France.

• The video was released online on April 25, 2012, ahead of Mattic's EP *The Abstract Convention*, issued on June 12 of the same year.

• The project was established by artist Liliwenn and the Sugar Rush association. It brought together 26 French and international artists who created 21 murals throughout Brest over a period of roughly two years.

• The video shoot was organized in Brest as part of the wider project. Mathieu Foucher handled the special effects.
