Synopsis

Rush Midnight performs in a dark, red-lit studio as a group of dancers turns the space into a stylized late-night playground. The performers move through choreographed routines while strobes, colored lighting and rapid edits intensify the song's sensual, restless energy. Drawing on the visual language of 1980s dance films and glam pop, the video favors attitude, movement and atmosphere over a conventional narrative. • "The Night Was Young Enough" was released as the first single from Rush Midnight's debut EP, +1, issued by Cascine on October 30, 2012.

• Rush Midnight was the solo project of Russ Manning, who had previously played bass in Twin Shadow's live band. The project also marked a change from his earlier Young Midnight name.
