Synopsis

Pulled Apart By Horses perform in an empty swimming pool, delivering the song with their usual frantic energy. The performance is intercut with surreal images of the band wearing costumes inspired by the artwork for their debut album. As the video grows more chaotic, skull-masked figures attack and destroy the instruments used in the performance, while colored flares add flashes of danger and spectacle. The result is a deliberately unruly mixture of live-band intensity, absurd costumes and gleeful destruction.

• "High Five, Swan Dive, Nose Dive" was the second single from Pulled Apart By Horses' self-titled debut album.

• The instruments destroyed in the video were donated by the band's fans specifically for the shoot.

• The single's B-side was "Somersault," a cover of the song by fellow Leeds band Sky Larkin.
