Synopsis

As graduation approaches, Troy and Gabriella face the possibility of attending different colleges and leaving East High behind. While their friends confront their own plans for the future, the Wildcats prepare a spring musical inspired by their experiences, hopes, and fears. Rehearsals, relationships, and last-minute decisions bring the group together for one final celebration before graduation.
