Synopsis

Santa Claus, also known as Scott Calvin, struggles to balance his duties at the North Pole with his pregnant wife's wish to have her parents visit for Christmas. Meanwhile, Jack Frost manipulates Scott into invoking the Escape Clause, sending him back to the night he first became Santa and giving Frost a chance to take over Christmas.

• Released in 2006, this is the third and final film in the original Santa Clause trilogy.

• David Krumholtz does not appear as Bernard because his filming schedule for Numb3rs conflicted with production. The story instead promotes Curtis to head elf.

• Jack Frost's appearance changed significantly during production. The character was initially designed with a more playful, elf-like look, but the filmmakers replaced it with a sharper, colder costume and makeup design.

• Peter Boyle plays Father Time in the film. He previously appeared in the first movie as Scott Calvin's supervisor, Mr. Whittle.

• Spencer Breslin's younger sister, Abigail Breslin, appears as Trish, one of the elf students in Mrs. Claus's class.
