Synopsis

Kenya McQueen is a successful Los Angeles accountant whose carefully organized life leaves little room for romance. After a blind date introduces her to Brian, a free-spirited white landscaper, she finds herself confronting assumptions about love, family, and social expectations. As Kenya also considers a more conventional match, she must decide whether to follow the path others have planned for her or trust her own feelings.
