Synopsis

When a young patrol officer discovers the body of a murdered child, Miami police realize they are facing a serial killer. The victims are all children with medical conditions, suggesting that the murderer knows them personally. Private investigator Jack Costello, nicknamed Extralarge, joins the investigation with Dumas and Sam as they race to protect the killer's next target.
