Synopsis

After a Russian mobster kills an American police officer and escapes to Moscow, the victim's father, a retired diplomat, travels to Russia seeking justice. Joined by an LAPD detective and a determined Moscow police officer, he enters the city's criminal underworld. Their pursuit leads through corrupt officials, violent gangsters, and escalating danger as they close in on the fugitive.
