Synopsis

After his partner is killed, hard-edged federal agent Derrick Vann pursues an international arms dealer. A case of mistaken identity forces him to team up with Andy Fiddler, a talkative dental-supply salesman who has unknowingly become involved in the investigation. As the unlikely pair travel through a dangerous conspiracy, Vann must protect Fiddler while trying to complete his own vendetta.
