Synopsis

Dan Foreman, a veteran advertising executive, is demoted when his company is taken over and replaced by Carter Duryea, an ambitious young manager half his age. Carter's arrival becomes even more awkward when Dan discovers that the new boss is dating his daughter. As their professional rivalry develops into an unlikely friendship, both men are forced to reconsider family, ambition, and corporate success.
