Synopsis

Newly promoted San Francisco homicide inspector Jessica Shepard investigates a series of murders whose victims all turn out to be former lovers. As the body count rises, Shepard's troubled past, drinking, and memory lapses make her a target of suspicion. With pressure mounting from within the department, she must determine whether she is pursuing a killer or unknowingly connected to the crimes.
