Synopsis

Vacationing atomic scientist Dr. Karel Lamonte arrives in the isolated town of Exceptional Vista, where the nut factory has closed, television signals have vanished, and residents are disappearing. As carnivorous humanoids posing as traveling salesmen prey on the townspeople, Lamonte must investigate the bizarre invasion while the community's eccentric citizens struggle to recognize the danger surrounding them.
