Synopsis

Sweet William, a successful and openly gay young man, returns to his rural Nova Scotia home after a decade away for his sister's wedding. The reunion revives painful memories of his adolescence, including family cruelty, buried secrets, and a traumatic hanging in the garden. As past and present overlap in surreal visions, William must confront his family and reclaim his life.
