Synopsis

Rookie sheriff's deputy J.J. Johnson joins an all-white Los Angeles station hoping to build a career in law enforcement. After helping secure the arrest of a Black suspect, he begins noticing racism, intimidation, and corruption within the department. With fellow deputy Deborah Fields, J.J. investigates the case and must decide whether loyalty to his colleagues matters more than justice.
