Synopsis

Former partners Vinnie and Carter built their fortunes through a corrupt horse-racing scheme, then turned on one another when Carter ran away with Vinnie's wife, Rosie. Years later, their uneasy past resurfaces when Carter prepares to sell his prized stallion. As Vinnie returns with evidence of their old crimes, shifting loyalties and buried resentments threaten to destroy the lives they constructed.

• Although the story moves between California and Kentucky, filming took place in Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky, as well as locations in California.
