Synopsis

In the Bronx, the Sicilian Capomezzos and the recently arrived Florentine Malacicis wage a bitter feud over their competing food businesses. Their children, Rosario and Gina, fall in love while appearing together in a church production of "Romeo and Juliet." As the romance deepens, the young couple must challenge their families' hostility and find a way to reconcile love with inherited resentment.
