Synopsis

When a sheriff's predecessor is unearthed at a Texas shooting range, Sam Deeds begins investigating the long-ago disappearance. His search challenges the town's cherished legends and exposes buried tensions involving race, family, power, and memory. As the past emerges through conflicting accounts and flashbacks, Sam must decide whether the truth matters more than the stories Frontera has built its identity around.
