Synopsis

Jobless slacker Tommy Collins is selected for jury duty in a high-profile serial-killer trial. When he discovers that sequestration provides free food and lodging, Tommy deliberately drags out the proceedings, frustrating the judge, attorneys, and fellow jurors. His schemes become increasingly disruptive, but an unexpected connection to the case eventually forces him to take his civic responsibility seriously.
