Synopsis
Small-time hustlers Black and Blue make a living selling questionable electronics from their van. Their luck changes when a shipment of cellular phones is delivered to them by mistake. As they begin selling the phones, they attract eager customers, dangerous criminals, and the attention of the FBI, only to discover that the devices may not work as advertised.
