Synopsis

Deuce Bigalow is a mild-mannered aquarium cleaner who agrees to house-sit for a professional gigolo. After accidentally damaging the apartment, he must repay the cost by taking over his employer's business. Guided by a smooth-talking pimp, Deuce dates a series of unusual clients while trying to protect his new relationships and keep his secret from the police.

• Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo was the first film released by Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Productions.

• The original concept was reportedly pitched under the deliberately crude title "Douche Baggio." Disney executives wanted the name changed, leading to the more marketable title Deuce Bigalow.

• Adam Sandler served as executive producer and can be heard shouting "Freak!" during the scene involving the exceptionally tall woman. The vocal appearance was not separately credited as an on-screen role.
