Can anybody tell me the artist or the name of the song used in the new SBC commercials. If you hear closely, the narrator will say something about a 125 years of the telephone. This song was played with (I think a harmonica)and some other instruments. I have been looking for this song for 3 months and I need a answer. I tried to ask SBC be they didnt give me a reply. |

This is curious. I am in the same position as you are. But I am looking for a theme played only by voices. Funny thing is that SBC has several TV ads. Sorry I can;t help you. I I find a way to find out the song/band name of the song I'll let you know and please you do so. (just provide email address). Thx, ottusio@att.net |

The song is 'South American Getaway' played by the Berlin Phillharmonic. Actually this theme was composed by Burt Bacharach (why I'm not surprised ?). |
