The song you hear in the Polaroid One 'Swing' commercial is called Doo Uap, Doo Uap, Doo Uap, by the Italian musical duo Gabin. The song is featured on their self-titled debut CD, which was released in 2002 by the Astralwerks label.

Ella Fitzgerald 'sings' it. A band called Gabin released that mix on the commercial.

It's a song called 'doo uap doo uap' by an italian group/duo named 'gabin'

I believe the singer is Ella Fitzgerald, or at least it is she singing the higher notes.
