I see it regularly on the Weather Channel. What I'm trying to find out
is the name of the actor who plays the Frankenstein character.

Jon
The Osteo Bi-Flex spot was done by Cramer-Krasselt, Milwaukee for Rexall Sundown. It can be viewed on the Adweek Best Spots in the month of March. You can also go to www.osteobiflex.com and see it in the recent advertising section.

Here you go - if you run the ad from the link and then check your Temporary Internet Folder, you'll actually see the file itself, and you can then copy it and paste it to a folder to have your own copy. Apparently, there's a follow-up to this commercial coming out in July... should be as funny as this one was!

I'm trying to find out who the actor is also; if he's done anything else. Love that commercial!
