The blonde's name is Kelly Harmon. Hard to believe she's in her 50s now. She's was the Tic Tac spokesperson from 1979 up to 1999, when she was replaced, first by younger lookalike Kimberly Quinn, then by the brunette Kate Kelton. The latest commercial is her first in 5 years. She is also the sister of actor Mark Harmon. I like the short haircut too, as well as the short skirt.
