If you can help me with some information, or just saw this clip please reply. This video is very impotent for me as a memory about childhood. Characters - scientist and a girl. They are building a machine, which are able to change weather. This machine looks like a big white telescope. It is situated on the green hill. At the end of video Scientist was taken away by some peoples in suits. Girl runs to the Machine and turns it on. Rain is beginning. |
