It sounds like a sped-up more modern version of Traffic's "rock and roll stew", but actually -- its a mish mash of stuff meant to avoid licencing but yet somewhat recallable to most babby boomers

The song is called House of the Rising Sun and it is sung by Eric Burdon. You can find it on the soundtrack for the movie Casino, starring Robert DeNiro.
