Chart fix?

Your chart scores don't add up. There are entries with far more than the minimun number of votes and scores that have not made the chart. Is it a Clipland choice or a viewer choice which selections make the chart?

This issue has already been discussed on this board. The charts are only updated on Mondays and new chart entries have to wait until then...
