HUNTING CAMP is a short film that takes a look at stereotypes, class structure, and everyday evil in today's world. "two men. two lives. one deadly secret." Susan (Karen Jeffreys) has reached an impasse in her life and would do anything to please her man. Steve (Trevor Huster) is a rebellious outcast who thinks the world owes him a better life. Jake decides to take Steve up on his offer to spend a weekend away at his grandfather's hunting camp to try and put his recent troubles behind him. But neither of them saw what was coming. Filmed with the Panasonic DVX100a miniDV camera. This short’s (approx 40 min. length) $5000 budget was financed entirely by director/producer/writer/editor/actor John C. Lyons.
