This was a commercial for IBM I think. It has a guy playing a Ukelelle in it. I think some of the words in the song are, 'I hate rainy days, I wish the sun would come and see me today...'
Something to that effect. It shows the guy playing the music by a shed in a field with some trees around him. Please let me know. Thanks
