The answer to your question is NO, it is not available on recording. The song was produced especially for Lowes by a company called 'To The Beat Productions' (or something like that). All this is from a posting from a Lowes Spokeperson on another forum, about the same question you had.
I been looking for the song myself. It's too bad :-(
