The song was sang by Shawn Colvin and Blythe Danner. You can read an article about it at http://pressroom.hallmark.com/Ad_Campaign_Launches.html. Last year, I contacted one of the people at Hallmark about getting a copy of the song. She told me that the song is not out for sale... at least not yet.
