Yep... That's "The Beat Goes On" by The All Seeing I. The dude who did it found the original Sonny & Cher record in a charity shop, and it was apparantly an illegal cover/remix on the dance circuit for a while until he got permission to have it released. It became a chart number 1 in ... 1996 I beleive...
