I think he was also in that movie Major Payne with Damon Wayans.. he was in the end where the new crew of kids comes in. If I'm not mistaken, he was 'blind' in that movie. If so, his name is Robert J (or RJ) Knolls.
(he was also in the dentyne commercial with the kids eating pizza in college...)
