LA BARRANCA means the ravine in spanish, a rock band from Mexico that puts music up front more than gimmicks. They're real deep. Nick Caves got lyrics, but La Barranca's got sophisticated musicality and deep lyrics. Nick Cave cant play guitar as good as La Barranca's lead singer/songwriter/leadguitarist, Jose Manuel Aguilera. Oh well, everybody has their own style.
