I wasn't able to find the song or information about the vehicle (since I've forgotten the make of the car). What I do remember is that people are waving to a passing silver car and its a baby inside that's waving back to them. I remember the lyrics "don't you know that you're so beautiful" (I may be wrong about the lyrics). But the commercial is recent.
