The song is called 'My money's on the little
guy' but it was made specifically for the commercial, by the advertising agency 'Taxi'. There are no rights to distribute it to the public though, so you can't get it, unless you copy it from the t.v.
Yeah, I e-mailed the Canadian site twice, no answer, and then e-mailed the international site, and then finally got an answer.
