theres this dance song from '99 or '00 that just has a close up of a couple making out throughout the video , but i cant remeber what the songs called or who sings it

its a dance track with strings with a repeated falcetto chorus ( cant remember any words for some reason:P hehe)

any suggestions would be grately apreciated
