Message: Help me Group Name (I know the video).

Hi,
I'm searching this group from 2001, but I know they are famous, and what the hell maybe somebody knows the name.
To help you I have to write here what I see in a Video.
in November 1998 MTV started to broadcast this video:
they were 2 guys, in a snowy street. They was coming back from somewhere, with a car, and one guy have in the hands some coffee. In the room they spyes another room in the street, where two other mans talk about a woman, I don't remember if there was her in the room, but there is also a brief dialogue in the video.
This is only what I remember, if you know the band name or the song title please post.
