YES it is - its a fantastic song. Its not on the soundtrack for some reason? Its one of the best LONG songs I have ever heard - winds up till the end. If your from Vancouver - it has even more interest - as it is a theme to a beleagured part of downtown Vancouver - complete with intro vocals from a eerie homeless voice!
