Synopsis

Filmed against the California coastline, the video presents Peter Cetera and Az Yet performing their polished R&B-pop remake of "You're the Inspiration." The singers appear in and around the beach setting, with the ocean, sunset light, and open sand providing a romantic backdrop for the song's message of lasting devotion. The relaxed seaside imagery gives the 1997 collaboration a contemporary, adult-contemporary feel while connecting Cetera's established ballad style with Az Yet's vocal-group presence.
