Synopsis

A bumbling security guard named Fred Scuttle is assigned to protect Genesis backstage during a concert rehearsal. He struggles to keep ticketless fans, admirers, and assorted partygoers from sneaking into the venue, while the band performs in the background. Once the intruders turn the hospitality room upside down, Scuttle launches into a frantic cleanup operation. The video plays as an extended Benny Hill-style comedy sketch, complete with fast action, visual gags, and a trademark chase sequence.

• Benny Hill appears as Fred Scuttle, the character he used in several of his television and comedy performances. His involvement turns the clip into an unusual crossover between a rock video and a traditional British slapstick sketch.

• The video runs for roughly six minutes, making it considerably longer than the album recording. It was designed as a substantial comedy piece rather than a straightforward performance promo.
