Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion meet in a recording studio to discuss and perform "Tell Him," a grand romantic ballad about encouraging someone to openly express love. • "Tell Him" was written by David Foster, Linda Thompson and Walter Afanasieff, with Foster and Afanasieff also producing the recording.

• The song appeared on both artists' 1997 albums: Streisand's *Higher Ground* and Dion's *Let's Talk About Love*. It served as the first single from *Higher Ground*.

• The footage was filmed at The Record Plant in Los Angeles, where the singers were shown together with the songwriters during the studio sessions.
