The original answer was: it's a song called "Your Mom" by US band The Mamas & The Papas.
But that's probably wrong - as they never recorded such a song. Sadly, these TV channel "program bumpers" advertising for some series etc. are hard to track down - thus asnwering the question years later seems difficult.
