Elias Arts is a company, it is located at 2219 Main St., Santa Monica, CA. 90405 (310) 581-6500. I haven't yet called them about the title of the song, but I have e-mailed them, albeit, not likely the source I really need, but perhaps they will forward my message? I will call them tomorrow and ask who the artist is; the title of song ('De Javu'); and if it can be purchased.
